TESLA MARCONILEARNING CENTRE

TheCentre aims to provide additional Technical skill oriented with hands on training. The prime objective of the learning centre, is to improve employability skills in the field of electrical and electronics and electronics and communication engineering to the students of Sriram Engineering
College.
The main objectives of the learning centre are:

• To offer a platformfor the students to develop their core skills.
• To provide students an understanding of the industrial needs.
• To bridge the skill gaps and make students industry ready.

Training is given to the students in the following areas.

• Winding Machine operation
• Motors
• Circuit Analysis
• Sensors
• Robotics arm
• Electrical Appliances
• PCB design and EDA tools
• Colour television circuit board analysis /Operation
• Antenna types such as yagi-uda, square loop, dipole, folded dipole and its applications
• Real time applications using PIC microcontroller
• Hands on training in proteus and CST Microwave Studio
• Telephone and Mobile Phone Operation

The department of ECE and EEE together inaugurated the “TESLA MARCONI LEARNING CENTRE” for the benefits of the students on 10.07.2019 at 10.am. Several components were displayed and models were available for the students to experiment.
