CSE Dept. – ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON ETHICAL HACKING on 27/09/2017
Our Computer Science & Engineering department conducted the workshop on “Ethical Hacking” on 27-09-17.Mr.T.VinodSenthilCTO & MD of infySEC was the chief guest and Mr.Karthick of InfySecwas the Guest of Honor of the workshop.Participants from various colleges in and around tamilnaduparticipated in this workshop. The participants learned about how to scan, test, hack and secure their own systems.The Chief guest explained about how intruders escalate privileges and what steps can be taken to secure a systemetc.,.and also delivered a live demonstration about some of the cyberattacks. Mr.Karthik from infySECexplained about the various certification courses available in the security sector.Finally the workshop ended with the certificate distribution to the participants.
