Maths dept – “National Conference On Chemical Graph, Fluid Dynamics And Queueing Theory In Science, Engineering And Technology” – 24/03/2018.

The 2nd NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON “APPLICATIONS OF CHEMICAL GRAPH, FLUID DYNAMICS AND QUEUEING THEORY IN SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY” was conducted on 24th March 2018. It was organized by the Department of Mathematics, which proved to be an ideal platform for academicians, research scholars, and persons from industry to present their research papers in the recent topics and challenges in the field of Chemical Graph, Fluid Dynamics etc.

Mr P. VijayaKumar Head, Dept of Mathematics welcomed the gathering.

Dr. V. Narayanan, Convener introduced the conference program in detail. Moreover he also conveyed the objectives of the conference.

Dr. G. Gopalakrishnan, Director (Academics), Sriram Engineering College and Dr. S.R.Kannan, Principal Sriram Engineering College, felicitated the gathering and honoured the chief guests.

Dr. M.Manickam, the Director of Kerela School of Mathematics delivered the inaugural address in which he explained the significance of mathematics and its applications in different disciplines of education by giving practical examples in a very lucid and simplest manner.

The Chief guest Dr. M. Manickam, Director KSOM, Kerala, released the conference proceedings.

Session I

The keynote address was delivered by Dr.J. BaskarBabujee, Associate Professor, MIT Campus Anna University, Chennai.

Session II

The keynote address was delivered by Dr.R. Muthukumarasamy, Professor, Srivenkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur Chennai.

. A total of fifty five papers were received and twenty seven of them were scrutinized by the expert team for publication.

Mrs. M. Thangeswari, Coordinator of the conference proposed the vote of thanks.
