National Conference on APPLICATIONS OF NUMBER THEORY ,GRAPH THEORY, FUZZY LOGIC AND COMBINATORICS IN ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY – 01/03/2019

The conference attracted many intellectual participants from various places . More than 20 experts and research scholars have attended this Programme from various places, and enlightened their valuable ideas in this topic.

 

Inaugural Function

The Conference was inaugurated with Thamizhthai vaazhthu and lightening the lamp.The function was graced by the chief guest Dr. S.Vijayabalaji, Assistant Professor ,University college of Engineering ,Panruti.

Ms.S.Malliga, Assistant Professor, Coordinator, highlighted the previous and current year on registration status and conveyed the Objectives of the Conference.

Chief Guest Address

The Chief guest Dr. S.Vijayabalaji, Assistant Professor, University College of Engineering, Panruti, delivered an inaugural address in which he explained the about the team work and congratulated the organizers. He also focused on the ideas and innovations of researchers and the importance of Conference . He motivated the participants by quoting many suitable examples . He advised the researchers to continue the research work though they have completed their Ph.D degree. After the inaugural function the expert session and keynote address was delivered by the Chief guest.

The title of his talk was “A cubic set theoretical approach to soft-rough matrices and their applications”. He also explained the “Fuzzy set, Rough set, soft set and soft-rough set, Cubic set, soft-rough matrices and their applications”.

Paper Presentation

The paper presentation took place as per the schedule, Chaired by Dr.S.Vijayabalaji, where the experts and research scholars presented their topics based on different ideas pertaining to themes of the conference. Interaction and justification was done by the Chair Person. This conference proved its existence in contributing knowledge in the domain of Mathematics. Further, experts have conveyed the teaching of Mathematics in the relevant areas and focused on academic as well as application oriented.

Keynote speaker

In the afternoon session, Dr.K.Thirusangu, Associate Professor, S.I.V.E.T College, Chennai, delivered on the title “ Recent trends in Coloring and labeling of Graphs”. He also explained the “Graph, Types of Graph, Labeling Graph, Coloring Graph, Fuzzy Graph and Domination Graph”. He gave many research problems in each related topic which helped the researchers and participants.

Valedictory Function

After the paper presentation session,the valedictory function took place.Conference ended with the appreciation of discussion by the participants and the feedback was collected from the participants about the event.

Finally, the programme ended successfully and the department of Mathematics would be grateful and thank the Management, Principal, Organizers, Heads of Various Departments, Faculty Members and supporting Staff members for their wonderful support to organize the conference in a successful manner.
