On 12th March 2020, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted a workshop on “Industrial Automation and Internet of things”. Mr. Sathish Kumar, Technical Head, Wiztech Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Chennai was the resource person. The worshop provided an insight about the knowledge required for Industrial automation. The students were made to realize the need of Internet of Things. The workshop trigerred the young minds to enhance themselves with the requisite knowledge to compete with the growing technology and to be aware of their career opportunities.
