On 13th August 2018, Dr. V. Jawahar Senthilkumar, Associate Professor from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai inaugurated the Association of Electronics and Communication Engineers (AECE) and delivered a Guest Lecture on “RECENT TRENDS AND APPLICATIONS IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS. He emphasized on the importance of the Association of Engineers. The lecture from him provided an insight about Wireless Sensor Networks for the 5G Evolution. The students were enlightened about the applications of sensor networks. It was emphasized that the students should learn the recent advancements and the design challenges in the field of wireless communication for their career opportunities.
